the privilege room was spacious and clean. i found the decor and facilities to be lovely (especially the new bathroom). the staff were helpful when i requested a twin room.

the evening food seemed average, similar to what i had in school. breakfast was nice though.

central location sumptuous spread smooth checkin

the hotel's location allowed us gentle strolls to the city center, so convenient! the breakfast buffet was a lovely start to our days. checking in and out was seamless, a great comfort. i found the room very comfy, it was like a romantic haven.

I found that i had to wait several hours for our room. i hope they streamline this process soon.

the hotel had a large car park. my room had tea and coffee facilities. the shower was powerful and refreshing. i found it great for quick refreshment before meetings.

i noticed cobwebs in the window of my room , which suggested a lack of thorough cleaning.

helpful staff city map clean bedroom unacceptable odour cold plates lack detail

the reception staff was helpful. i received a city map when i arrived to easily navigate the area. my bedroom was clean and nicely presented. i found the room enjoyable.

the room had an unacceptable odour. i found a lack of attention to detail. the plates in the food area were cold when i went to eat. this was disappointing.
